Meet Ben
Colorado became home after years spent climbing throughout the Front Range and Rocky Mountain National Park. The mountains, the people, and the communities here gave him every reason to stay.
Since 2011, Ben has built a career spanning high-end residential remodeling on the East Coast, high-rise building restoration in California, and now custom remodeling here in Colorado. At Tin Mountain Conservation Center in New Hampshire, he worked on a building that showcased locally milled wood throughout, with individual rooms finished in species including oak, cherry, pine, and walnut. The experience strengthened an appreciation for natural materials, thoughtful craftsmanship, and understanding where the things we build with come from.
When he's not on a jobsite, you'll usually find him mountain biking, bikepacking through remote desert landscapes, climbing, or exploring Colorado's backcountry. He feels most at home in wild places, and brings that same appreciation for enduring materials and places to every home he works on.
Meet Kristen
Kristen has always been drawn to beautiful spaces and the stories they tell.
Her background spans operations management, residential construction project management, nonprofit work, and years of client-centered care. She's built a career around solving problems, creating order from complexity, and making complicated work feel manageable. That experience taught her how to keep complicated projects moving while never losing sight of the people living through them.
At Rockwell Renovations, that experience meets a lifelong creative streak and an eye for thoughtful design. She works closely with clients to create spaces that feel uniquely theirs, while keeping the process organized, collaborative, and clear. She's always happy to work through every material, finish, and design choice until it's right, and believes the smallest details are often the ones you'll appreciate every day.
When she's not working, you'll usually find her hanging upside down from her aerial silks, chasing Colorado rivers and mountain trails, gathering friends around a great meal, or adventuring with her kids.
